Animated Title

Black screen, we hear intense background music. From the top of the edge of the screen, white lines begin to emerge. These lines morph into different shapes, and appear to fall down as they take shape. They soon form into letters that spell “Cave of Swimmers.” These letters go through a series of line styles, shapes and forms. They begin to get taken over by more white lines and shapes until the entire screen is white.

FADE OUT.

INT. CAVE – Animation

Music in the background. Light inside the cave. Close up of the rock formations on the walls. There are drawings on the cave walls that appear to be human silhouettes; these shadows are moving towards a focal point in the cave. The shadows appear to be moving, suggesting that they are swimming.

More of these drawings all around the walls of these caves. They are shadows that continue to disperse from across the walls to the floors, into the water. All of these figures are attracted to a brilliant ball of light in the middle, above the water.

There are two live action humans (Arturo and Guillermo) standing nearby, watching these supernatural, animated shadows flow into the white light. The globe becomes brighter and bigger.

The ball of light gets bigger as more of the shadows flow into it. White light expands it starts to take over all the space in the screen.

The faces of Arturo and Guillermo appear in frame, then they both lift their arms and jump into the light.

EXT. BEACH – DAY

The heads of Arturo and Guillermo appear from the sea. They slowly emerge out of the water. Water drips from their hands. They are soaked in their normal attire. They walk on the sand, fully clothed, with shoes, pants, shirts. Their hair is wet. Close up as they open their eyes, then close their eyes.

EXT. BACK ALLEY OF VENUE – NIGHT

back1

Arturo and Guillermo’s backs appear in front of the camera as they walk towards a music venue.
They appear to be dry, though the streets are wet. The light casts shadows behind them as they continue to walk. They both turn to the right of the building.
