Sketchbook: Ideation Process

The development of ideas is a key part of the creative process. It builds visual and verbal vocabularies that will help students to better communicate and understand the possible connections and relationships between the works they create and the world. In my foundations, design, and digital photograph courses, I typically assign sketchbook ideation so students document each step of artistic development during the course.
